What ReplyReady processes

ReplyReady processes the business details, lead notifications, customer contact details, and approved reply wording needed to run the service. We use this information only to acknowledge and organize the requests a business chooses to send us.

Connected inboxes

If a business explicitly connects Gmail or Microsoft 365, ReplyReady requests read-only access. We read only messages placed in the folder or label selected by that business. We do not send, delete, archive, or modify messages in the connected mailbox.

How data is used

We use connected-inbox data solely to identify a request, draft or send the business's approved response, maintain the work queue, and provide service reporting. We do not sell personal data or use Google user data for advertising.

Retention and security

Access tokens are encrypted at rest. A business can disconnect its mailbox or ask us to delete its workspace data by contacting [email protected].
