The service

ReplyReady helps local-service businesses handle incoming requests using the wording and operating rules they approve. The business remains responsible for its pricing, availability, estimates, scheduling decisions, and customer communications.

Connected accounts

By connecting an inbox, a business authorizes ReplyReady to read messages only from the selected label or folder for the purpose of processing service requests. The business can disconnect the account at any time.

Acceptable use

ReplyReady may not be used to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited messages. Businesses must ensure the contact details and content they provide can lawfully be used.
